PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for a reliable and trusted individual to join our small Administration Team for an immediate start. The work will vary from week to week but typically will involve wage preparation, uniform ordering, maintaining training records and Personnel Files, maintaining Attendance Records, Purchase and Sales Order preparation.

The successful candidate will be quick to learn, reliable and have good IT skills with knowledge of MS Office. Some knowledge of transport operations would be ideal. Full training will be provided.

Minimum Hours per week will be 16 but some flexibility to increase as we grow would be ideal. There will be a need for a minimum of 5 of these to be on a Monday but the rest can be flexible to suit both parties.

Salary will reflect experience.
